1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and tony99 ("Platform" or "We"). This Agreement takes effect immediately upon completion of the account registration process or upon accessing any part of the tony99 platform.

tony99 operates under an international licence. All services offered, including slots, live casino, sports betting and crash games, are governed by these terms together with any additional policies that may be published from time to time.

This Agreement is written in Malay as the primary language. In the event of any conflict between different language versions, the Malay version shall apply.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 21 and above are permitted to register and use the tony99 platform. This is an absolute requirement and cannot be waived. tony99 reserves the right to request a copy of MyKad or a valid identification document for age verification purposes at any time.

If it is proven that a member registered by providing false age information, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on tony99. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.

• Registering using another individual's information without their consent is unlawful and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• All duplicate accounts identified will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• Bonuses or promotions received through duplicate accounts will not be honoured.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process. tony99 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by a member.

3. Account Management and Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your tony99 account. This includes all transactions, bets and communications made through the account.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Use a strong password with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Notify tony99 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to a separate inactive account policy.

tony99 will not be responsible for any loss arising from a member's negligence in maintaining the security of their login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tony99 accepts payments via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit accepted for all payment methods is RM20. The minimum withdrawal that can be requested for all payment methods is RM100.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes. This processing time is an estimate and may vary depending on the third-party payment processor. tony99 does not charge any additional fees for standard transactions.

4.4 Identity Verification Before Withdrawal

tony99 reserves the right to request identity document verification before approving a withdrawal request to ensure account security and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Documents that may be required include a copy of MyKad and proof of ownership of the payment method.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is credited directly to the account balance after the deposit is confirmed.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM3,200 → Wagering required: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000

If the wagering requirement is not met, the remaining bonus cannot be withdrawn. Once the wagering requirement is met, winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn through the normal procedure.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion has a validity period and specific conditions that will be stated on the relevant page.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• tony99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is misuse or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Members who hold multiple accounts are not eligible for any bonus or promotion.

5.3 VIP Programme

tony99 offers a four-tier VIP programme to active members: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on a member's betting activity and loyalty. VIP benefits are subject to additional terms communicated when a member reaches the relevant tier.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on tony99 are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring that bet details are correct before confirming any wager.

• tony99 reserves the right to void bets found to involve technical errors, system disruptions or inaccurate information.
• In the event that a technical disruption occurs during a game, the outcome recorded in the system at the time of the disruption will be considered valid.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes using third-party software, bots or other means is prohibited and the account in question will be closed immediately.
• Odds and payout values displayed are accurate at the time the bet is placed and may change before that point.

7. Responsible Gambling

tony99 is committed to responsible gambling practices. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should not be used as a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems.

• Set daily, weekly or monthly limits for your deposits and bets.
• Do not gamble when you are stressed, upset or under the influence of alcohol.
• Contact tony99 support if you need a temporary suspension or account closure for responsible gambling reasons — our team will assist without question.

8. Prohibitions and Account Closure

tony99 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or close the account of any member who:

• Provides false or misleading information during or after registration.
• Is proven to be under 21 years of age.
• Is involved in fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activities.
• Misuses bonuses or the promotions system in a dishonest manner.
• Uses multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intentionally disrupting platform operations or other users' experience.
• Violating any term in this document.

When an account is closed for reasons not involving fraud or breach of terms, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member through the normal withdrawal process. In confirmed cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

9. Liability Limit

tony99 and its parent company, directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or game outcomes.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Data damage or loss due to technical failures.
• Actions by third parties such as payment processors or game providers.

tony99's liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

tony99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
